is a refreshing alternative to the traditional music class for kids. The program was created in 1997 in Brooklyn, NY by rock musician/composer and father of three, David Weinstone. Music for Aardvarks is distinct from other children's music programs in that all classes are based around Mr. Weinstone's original songs, rhythms, and chants. With influences of rock, blues, ballads, folk, jazz and pop, Aardvark songs uniquely reflect and celebrate the lives of children growing up today.

Sharon Rowland, the Owner of Smooth Transitions, has been working with babies and their families for 15 years as a Nurse and a Newborn Care Specialist.  In this informative and hands-on workshop, she will share with you the tricks she has learned along the way so that you can be your own expert at taking care of your newborn!

Topics include:

• What to expect physically from your newborn during the first weeks
• How to create a safe sleep environment to enhance sleep patterns
• Swaddling and soothing techniques to maximize your sleep and theirs

"Naturally Loved's class, Infant Massage, which is offered once a week over a course of three weeks is a must do for new moms or even moms with newborns that have other kids at home.  Heather Josten is the instructor that leads you through this wonderful experience that teaches you how to massage your infant literally from head to toe.  Like everything offered at Naturally Loved, this class is a combination of unique experiences that will allow you to comfort, calm and in some cases, assist in treating certain problem areas such as constipation, fussiness, sleeplessness, the list is endless and Heather will guide and instruct you through each one.

Birthing From Within  classes are for pregnant women and their partners
who are looking for a more in-depth and holistic way to prepare for birth
and parenthood.  They balance practical, useful information with
introspective processes and discussions to help you discover what *you* need
to know to give birth.

8 Week Spring Session starts April 14th classes are from 3:30 - 4:15
