Prenatal Yoga - For expectant mothers and fathers (and those who have just given birth).
Prenatal classes begin with meditation and breath work exercises, and gradually warm up into poses that are beneficial to women at all stages of pregnancy, ending in a guided savasana.
Baby and Me Yoga- Babies Ages 6 weeks-1 year old (or running which ever happens first)

Yoga is known for its ability to open hearts. There is a special bond between babies and their loved ones, and life often makes us move so fast that we miss that quiet time to really connect. Baby and Me yoga provides 60 moments to a family pair to connect heart space and move together.
This class is a great introduction to the practice of yoga for young children. Toddlers will learn the basic and fundamental poses of yoga through stories, songs and games. Yoga helps build strength, coordination, balance, patience, confidence and concentration while gently introducing children to the practice in a fun atmosphere.
